Dock Levellers
The Dock Leveller bridges the gap and levels out the difference in height between the vehicle bed and the floor of the building. This allows people, goods and handling equipment to be transported over the leveler platform in to and out of the vehicle with ease and speed. We have designed its dock levellers to provide a solution towards the loading and unloading process and to make health and safety a key priority within its design principles, helping to reduce the risk of accidents.
The most popular leveller is the electro-hydraulic model with a swing lip and is most suited to a fleet of vehicles which are similar in size. The advanced model is an electro-hydraulic leveller model with a telescopic lip which provides greater flexibility in the types of vehicles that it can accommodate, particularly those with large size and design variations.

Retractable Dock Shelters
The Retractable Dock Shelter is designed to retract on impact, in order to absorb the impact from a vehicle as it attaches to the loading bay, thereby extending the life of the shelter and the fabric of the main building. The shelter forms a seal between the building and the vehicle, which helps in reducing the heat or cold lost through an open doorway.
In the event of vehicle impact, the front beam retracts back to the building by way of cantilever arms which allow the front beam of the shelter to rise as well as to retract, preventing damage to the shelter

Inflatable Shelters

Foam Pad Seals
Foam pads form a seal between the building and the vehicle, which helps in reducing the heat or cold lost through an open doorway, thus helping to substantially reduce costs in relation to heating or cooling the building. It also provides protection from the elements, namely the wind and rain, reducing the amount of rain entering the internal areas of the loading bay and thereby helping to reduce the risks of people slipping and falling due to wet floors. In addition, the seal also helps to maintain your optimum working conditions for staff, which in turn helps to increase productivity.
Foam Pad Dock Seals are the cost effective answer to sealing the rear of a vehicle to the loading bay, ensuring that the ambient temperature inside the building is maintained irrespective of conditions outside the building.
The seal is created by the vehicle backing onto the Foam Pad Dock Seals. The foam pads act as a cushion between the vehicle and the building and will be compressed until the vehicle meets the dock bumpers, where it will come to a stop.

Dock Buffers
Dock Buffers (also known as Dock Bumpers) reduce the wear, tear and damage to both loading bay equipment and the building, and consequently significantly reduce maintenance costs. complement their range of loading bay equipment with a number of different types of Heavy Duty Dock Buffers.

Dock Lights
The Dock Loading Light is an essential piece of loading bay equipment as it provides safety on the loading dock for minimal cost. The Dock Loading Light has been designed to be safe and easy to use. The Dock Loading Light utilises a low voltage supply and for complete safety the light can be positioned at any angle necessary. The intense 70w halogen bulb is used to achieve the best light conditions in the rear of the vehicle, so that employees will have a brighter and safer working environment, which helps to improve overall productivity.

Wheel Guides
Wheel Guides situated in front of the loading bay increase safety and efficiency during loading and unloading and improve the lifespan of dock shelters and seals considerably. Vehicles are forced to align correctly to reverse therefore ensuring that the dock leveller lip is accurately positioned on the vehicle bed.
